What's happening?
When Engineers click any of the buttons they trigger automated alarms, emails and/or notifications can be sent to other users.
Are you ok notifications are sent to engineers every 30/60/120 mins when enabled? Welfare check intervals can be amended depending on work risk.
Requests and confirmations are logged above.
3 missed ok requests activates Emergency mode and will Alarm in our Alarm Receiving Centre, broadcast lone worker location to the sheet, email location and or LWS user notification of their choice,(Buddy system)
A far end engineer can be your emergency contact and amended upon request.
All History is logged on the Google Sheet, for back office piece of mind monitoring. We can lock this document from the public view if needed.
Battery level of user device is now reported to the sheet as per BS8484 requirements. Still working on user connection status...
Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is monitored 24/7, Diverse internet connection with uninterrupted power supply backed by solar.

We are working on a low cost ID card holder with panic alarm which will activate emergency mode via Bluetooth. TBC...
Send "Left site", "Arrived home" or "Delayed to site" emails directly from Car Play.
All emails come from our mailbox but each user has their own email subject and text.
Emergency Contact Notification Alarm
The user monitoring the works the will receive an persistant alarm force touch notification to call the engineer without delay
Location is only broadcasted when Lone worker enabled and when emergency mode has been activated either by lone worker or ignoring welfare checks.
Android users will need to use the App only, No widgets or Car Play..
If you don't want to install the HA App then a website and login can be provided. Whilst using the website the "Are you Ok" notifications or location log during emergency will not be available. It will only send emails and update the Google Sheet.
